Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Please note that any items shipping from out of state use third-party carriers, and may be subject to delays out of our control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for sample orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Product orders must be either picked up at one of our warehouses or delivered through our local delivery option. 


Local Delivery

Deliveries are made from 8 AM - 3:30 PM on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you the day before our arrival. Please note that these rates are all provided at time of checkout using your provided zip code.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1800 Hull Avenue, Des Moines IA, 50319. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email and phone call when your order is ready along with instructions. 


Our in-store pickup hours are 7 AM - 3:30 PM on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shoproyalflooring.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that we do not ship products to P.O. boxes, only certain samples.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused/unopened and in its original condition. Please note that all products are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee. Please email info@shoproyalflooring.com with any questions regarding your certain product.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shoproyalflooring.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please also note that any local deliveries made by our warehouses have pictures of the product taken at the time of delivery to ensure proper material & material quality.
